Thoughts after the Descriptive Essay

I'm glad i finally finished my descriptive essay. My biggest problem in writing it was that i don't really like to discuss things about my self or really write for a matter of fact. I was able to overcome this only because i had to in order to keep a good grade in this class. I will write if i have to but i do not really enjoy it. My paper started out very bad because I didn't listen well enough and misunderstood what we were supposed to be doing, enough said on that.

I very much enjoyed reading the other blogs. I like to read other peoples work it helps me better mine and makes me realize what i did wrong and how i can improve. The stories i read were very good; however i didn't like commenting because i don't like judging other peoples writings. The comments i got from Mrs. Aiken and students were very helpful in finishing my paper. I like for people to be brutally honest and not hold anything back. I don't like "beating around the bush" about things just come right out and say it.

Labor day weekend

This weekend was labor day, which i was very thankful for. That meant that i got out of school thursday and didnt have to go back till tuesday. Friday night me and Catie went to the Mp Lamar county football game. It turned into a great game with Mp coming out on top. After the game we went back to her dorm in milledgville and i had to carry her futon up four flights of stairs by myself. When i finally luged the futon up the stairs and into her dorm i decided to go grab a bite to eat. We finally decided on taco bell. The rest of the night we watched tv. The next morning as i waited for her to get ready I watched the Navy Ohio State game. We left to go back to forsyth around 2 o'clock.

last weekend of August

This weekend was pretty uneventful except for one thing. I didn't really do to much. Friday morning at 5:30 my uncle and i drove to Atlanta to send one of his labradoodle ,that he sold, to Seatle, Washington. After we dropped the dog off we stopped by Summit Racing in McDonough to try to wait out the rain. When we left Summit we made our way down the interstate back home to Roberta. When i arrived home around 11:00 i took a nap and waited for my girlfriend, Catie Walker. The rest of the day we hung around the house watching TV. The next morning i went to work at 10:00. I finished loading some .223 ammunition i had started on Thursday. When i finished i did some yard work for my boss and then worked in the shop until time to get off. At 5:30 when i got off i went home and got ready to get Catie so we could see a movie. We went and saw Inglorious Bastards. When the movie was over we went outside and saw police everywhere. I spotted one of my friends across the street and walked over and asked him what was wrong. He told me that around ten girls had gotten into a fight. After he told me the story the police made us all go to our cars.
